Hotel 4 Zona - Sofia

We had an amazing stay with spacious and comfortable rooms equipped with a fridge and air conditioning. The hotel had fantastic facilities like free coffee and tea, and we enjoyed lounging in the small seating area with armchairs and a coffee table. This hotel has an excellent location close to everything we wanted to see in this city.

Not obvious to find the entrance of the hotel.

The hotel's location next to a busy boulevard was convenient for exploring the city with the metro station nearby. the staff was friendly and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure.

The lighting in the room which was too low making it difficult to read or work comfortably.

Our romantic escape was lovely! The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with an extra pillow and duvet, a small TV and a fridge. The bathroom had great water pressure and was clean, with towels and toilet roll supplied. the hotel's location is perfect, being near key city landmarks and metro stations.

There were some downsides such as the lack of breakfast and parking, which made it difficult to park nearby. , the lighting in the room was low.

Our romantic escape was made memorable thanks to the spacious and well-decorated room that we stayed in. the room had a comfortable bed and two armchairs with a coffee table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of coffee. the hotel's convenient location near a market and ATM made it easy for us to explore the nearby attractions.

the windows did not close properly, allowing noise and cold air to enter the room.

I absolutely loved the cozy and inviting atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was tastefully done, with warm colors and comfortable furniture that made me feel right at home. The common areas were spacious, allowing for easy movement even for senior people like myself. I especially appreciated the accessibility features such as ramps and handrails, which made it easy to navigate around the hotel.

I would have preferred if the staff had been more attentive to the needs of senior guests. While they were friendly, there were times when they seemed a bit preoccupied and not as attentive as I would have liked.
